Great week preparing all sorts of Sea Vegetable dishes, from appetizers, desserts, salads & casseroles! Who knew? We had some lectures as well, and ended the week with cooking numerous grains dishes. A fantastic week of learning & eating our creations together!

Chef Tracey is my salty sidekick. We work well together, share in our tasks and always have a lot of fun! We made a complex dish everyone enjoyed!

Chef Loola & I made this scrumptious Wild & Long Grain Rice Salad! With brunoise sliced celery, radishes, toasted walnuts, currants, parsley in a tasty dressing! YUMMMMM!!!

Refried Soba with vegetables! Chef Lena did an AMAZING job!!!
