Gluten Free Baking Day!

I made gluten free blueberry corn muffins. The texture when using gluten free flours is different, but when carefully making sure to have adequate moisture, it can be just as tasty!

Kitchen 20 and all its students are very talented! I sampled all these goodies and they were delicious!
