Baking bread can be daunting but I was super excited to make this Challah bread ….3 rises! It not only looked delicious, but tasted too!
Brenda & I partnered on the saute station, and when Chef Jay called out his orders we were on it! Omelettes with choice of grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms and or cheese, tofu scramble, hash browns with a side of homemade ketchup, & toasted challah.
French omelettes are made rather quickly and carefully. Great to learn this favorite for so many!
