My Absolute Favorite Salad dressing!
I also use this for my Red Potato & Green Bean side dish, any veggie salad!
1 cup of extra virgin good Olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 juice of lemon
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Fresh ground pepper
2 pinches sea salt
1teaspoon of maple syrup
Combine all in to a container and shake well!
