3/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teas baking soda
1/4 teas salt
2.5 very ripe bananas
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 cup dark vegan chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients Flour, cinnamon, baking soda & salt together in small bowl
Mash 2.5 very ripe bananas in medium bowl & add vanilla, coconut sugar & almond milk. Stir well
Add dry ingredients to banana bowl & blend well
Add chocolate chips & stir well
Pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Check to see top is golden and its ready when your knife comes out clean from center.
