Four Course Vegan Dinner Project – Huge Success!!!!!

Camilla & I were in charge of the entree portion. We made a delicious Cashew, parsley & panko encrusted Cauliflower steak. A delicious coconut curry sauce with garam masala, mustard seeds, Tamara, minced ginger & garlic, cinnamon stick, ground turmeric etc! We paired it with a forbidden black rice, cashew cauliflower creme, and crispy garlic chips! It was a big project but we worked so beautifully together, and it was wonderful!

Annia made a very tasty Sesame Coconut Kale salad with crispy kale –so good! Julia made a really lovely Miso soup with dashi and chili oil.

Julia & Loola teamed up for the dessert course and they knocked it out of the park!!!!! Matcha Ice Cream with a strawberry sauce, chocolate fondu, & strawberry dusted fill disk!

We 6 made a strong team, working solo and as a team to create 4 great courses that worked beautifully together!

Annia’s salad had crispy baked kale, and raw, with toasted coconut and blood orange supreme. Fantastic!

Chef Jay tries Camilla & my entree…….he LOVED!

Great Class, great project, and so much fun dining together! Our class broke into 2 groups and we all served each other. It was a 4 week project in which we learned so much! Chef Jay was super proud!
